The project

Delfins Beach Resort wanted a dive offer under its own name. Together we built Delfins Diving: a dive brand in the resort’s name, run by Dive Friends.

I developed the proposition and the brand, and launched it with a trial for dive groups. Individual bookings follow in Q4 2026.

Highlight

We launched the group trial at DEMA, the biggest dive trade show in the world. It brought in 9 groups and about 150 guests before individual bookings even opened.
