FC88

A brand upgrade for a unique upcycling brand.

Project

FC88 started with a simple but powerful idea: transforming football shirts into new products while preserving their emotional value for fans and creating additional brand value for clubs and sponsors.

Following the successful launch of their first upcycled products, the demand for FC88's concept quickly expanded beyond bags into a broader range of merchandise, including caps and other accessories. This growth created the opportunity to further develop the brand identity and establish a scalable foundation for future product categories.

Role

As FC88 prepared to evolve from a promising startup into a consumer brand, I took on multiple roles throughout the project. Beyond managing the branding process from strategy to delivery, I advised on brand positioning, guided creative direction, and produced and art-directed the launch campaign shoot to help establish a strong market introduction.

Throughout the project, I acted as the link between the client and our multidisciplinary creator network, ensuring every touchpoint contributed to a consistent and scalable brand.

FC88

As FC88 prepared for their launch, they approached us to take their branding to the next level by developing a set of unique brand assets. This included defining color usage, typography, social media templates, photography and video guidelines, and presentation assets.

Launch campaign

Following the branding upgrade, I contributed to the strategic direction of FC88 and led the production and art direction of the launch campaign shoot.
